Just Pizza in Buffalo

Great food as always. Kinda slow but it was pretty busy for a Thursday night.

I placed an order for 20 wings BBQ hot and 3 blue cheeses for pick up. The food was good but when I got back home I noticed I didn't get the 2 extra blue cheeses and worse enough only had 17 wings instead of 20. When I called the manager about this she seemed rude like I was bothering her. She did not once apologize in any way. She asked in a rude way if I wanted her to "cook up the 3 wings" and have me drive back and pick them up, which is obviously unnecessary. She credited me with who knows how much and hung up on me as I was saying "thank you" BE CAREFUL of these chain pizza restaurants in Buffalo. This same thing happened to me at La Nova and I have since not returned. They get to famous all around town and think they're the big kids on the block. Their are other (much better) wing joints that would give them their run for their money. Sad to have this happen

I called to place a delivery order like usual everything was fine. 1 1/2 hours later they say I did not in fact even place a order and that my only.option was to wait an additional hour. Good food poor service.

Worst place to order from I asked for a chopped steak sub they sent a sub with a big piece of steaks ems first the rude as lady told me that's what o asked for and I told her no I didn't and she didn't put it in the computer right they said they would since me another I told them because they were rude and I thought they were going to spit on my sub so I didn't want it they told me I could not get my money back I had to get the other sub so they can keep they funky ass 8 dollars for that half of sub ..... posted picture of it at top

Terrible! Place the order and told 1/2 hour it was 50 minutes. The worst bacon lettuce tomato sub I've ever had. Bacon was overcooked and falling apart the tomatoes were a pale orange and flavorless the lettuce what is minimal could hardly see it on the roll and the onions tasted like day two. Just Pizza they should stick to their namesake

The stake pizza is amazing. They always have hot slices ready to go.

Their customer service is bad and disrespectful. I ordered a pizza and some wings. They asked me to wait 30 mins. I did and then they asked me to wait another 15 mins and I did. Then, they asked me to wait another 10 mins and after exactly one hour they said we do not have Wings because order did not go through!!!. Their boss even did not say that she is “sorry”. Will never go there again.

There food is amazing, grade A food! Very friendly staff but the food is expensive! A can soda cost 2.50 but the way they cook and there friendliness is worth the price i paid.. They have a hathroom for customers and a nice size parking lot... I recommend this place to any and everybody!

The Big Steak Hoagie was pretty good!

We ordered our food at 7:00pm and we’ve been waiting 2 hours for our food. It’s ridiculous that when we call and someone says oh we’re waiting for someone to come grab it. Terrible service and terrible people. Learn how to communicate with the customers.

Who was excellent the delay time was terrible over an hour and this was a phone in with a pickup

The pizza is delicious. I ordered a medium pie for pick up. It was ready when I arrived and still hot when I got home. I am big on customer service. That said, the Cashier did not demonstrate customer service. Therefore, Just Pizza gets 4 instead of 5 stars. I recommend the pizza!

Half the workers are NOT SOCIAL DISTANCING AND NOT WEARING MASKS WHERE'S THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT

This spot is usually booming but never too crowded. There are places to sit right by the window and enjoy the scenery. The pizza is always good and they have a variety as well. Their wings are pretty good too so if you are new to the area and want to see what Buffalo is all about then I advise making Just Pizza one of your destinations. There also small items like cookies or desserts which are pretty good. Staff is always friendly. Big thumbs up from me!!!

This has been.my go to pizza place for 15 years. The food is always good and the service has improved over the years.

They do some FINE pie in this place! Try the Hollywood pizza! A red sauce base with double cheese double pepperoni double sausage and double meatball. At just under $26 for a large pie, you will be able to eat for DAYS with how filling this great pie is. And the rest of their food is completely pristine as well! Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed their pizza. My fav part is the crunchy crust. Delicious!!

Walked in yesterday and cashier had mask under her nose. Girl making pizza had no gloves on and mask under her chin. Manager walks towards front of the store, no mask in site. Me? I had my mask on properly and walked right back out the door. Absolutely disgusting you allow that to happen in your establishment. Why bother even having a mask or requiring people to wear one. I truly hope the elderly read this and stay the hell away from your pizza place before someone gets killed.

I've always loved coming here, but you should know your employees are not conforming with DOH guidelines for wearing masks. One employee had hers pulled down around her chin while cashing me out, and there were several completely maskless employees in the store.

So this place is Just Pizza & Wings. But they also have other things like cups for water and such. I have eaten here before but it was a long long time ago when I could eat gluten. When you come from areas that are not New York you tend to really get blown away by the pizza up in Buffalo. Just Pizza was no exception.

Went through the drive thru. One of the employees was on her phone the whole time. And the other one was doing all the work. When I saw her handle my food without any gloves I was not happy. Ended up throwing the food out. Keep in mind that she didnt even wash her hands I could see them both clear as day. Anyway I ended not eating that after witnessing all this. Not until the next day. Very UNSANITARY

Really good. Buffalo style but lighter. I always eat like 4 or 5 squares and could probably throw down more.

Wings are morally reprehensible. These were "hot" and all were flats. Pizza is pretty good, nice variety, but don't order wings from Just Pizza. Kind of surprised they would even sell these, half a mind to call the better business bureau.

Fresh crisp pizza and loved the vegetarian option. Delicious!

Staff is not friendly. The food is decent, but I don't want to call and speak with somebody acting like a rattlesnake.

Love the variety of pizzas available. My favorite is the lasagna pizza.

This place is awesome... Locals come in and out nonstop. The PIZZA was the best... And wings kicked a$$... Go here and live life... Take it from a retired Navy Sailor that bump into this place by accident.

Good pizza place for a local chain restaurant. The service was nice and friendly. The price is good for the quality of food.The restaurant itself is nice, although a little crowded. Parking is relatively small, but it is on the corner of two streets.

If I could they'd get 0 stars just went in 35 minutes before they close and was denied buying food because they closed their register. All I wanted was a few sliced witch they had over 1 full pizza in there warmer but still couldn't sell it. I will never order from any just pizza again. Actually never have but never will either after my first experience. Terrible customer service.

The best pizza, wings, subs and deserts. They work hard and do a great job. Busy atmosphere but comfortable setting. Service is excellent! And delivery on point. Want to thank everyone for being so nice and curtious!

Pizza is awesome... subs are awesome... but wait time is unbelievable! And the last time I ordered a tuna sub for delivery... I received my sub like it was thrown in many directions when I unwrapped it.... seriously.😐

It was average pizza. Asked for extra sauce and hot pepper crust and got nothing. The wings were crispy which I liked but hardly any hot sauce. Also gave alot of half wings and broken pieces. Not worth the $38.

This place is wonderful the food is do good I think this is the best just pizzza

I love the pizza here. Been going for 16 years and it's only gotten better. Today I had a slice of Steak Pizza and Chicken and Broccoli pizza. It was very tasty and satisfying since the slices were big. It was worth every penny. Thanks again guys keep up the good work.

Expensive but good food.

Ordered meatball parmigiana. Suffice to say it should’ve been called parmigiana with a side of meatballs, because there was more cheese than meatballs. In fact, at one point there was a lump of cheese the size of a meatball. Why so skimpy on the meatballs?Update: literally just saw someone blow her nose on a paper towel then proceeded to touch food with her bare hands. No hand sanitizer and no gloves. Half the workers are wearing gloves and the other half aren’t, but they’re all touching the food with their bare hands.

The name says it all, it's just pizza... Not great, not terrible. I ordered a large pizza with 20 wings and it came out to $46. The wings had no meat on them and the pizza, while the flavor was not bad, was very wet. You couldn't pick a slice up without is falling apart.I guess they're advertising correctly, it is just pizza.

I used to l pi ve this place but the few times I've ordered from here it's been the worst I order a sub with extra cheese no onions no tomatoes no lettuce. And I comes with no extra cheese and all the stuff I dont want this is the third time they done this I'll never go there again
